We’re excited to announce that Olmec will be at the Brent Works Jobs Fair at Wembley Stadium on 15 July 2025, representing our Step Change Programme for a second year running!

Step Change offers free employment support and training sessions for residents of Chalkhill and Brent’s Black, minoritised and racialised communities. Whether you’re looking to build confidence, move into a better-paid role, or start a new business or social enterprise, Step Change is here to help you take that next step.

This year, with continued support from the Chalkhill Community Trust Fund, we’ve expanded our reach and deepened our impact in the local community — and we’re keen to connect with even more residents ready to make a change.
