Learning With Your Organisation
We currently work with MTVH, LB Lambeth, Peabody, and a consortium of LB Enfield, Southwark, Islington and Richmond and Wandsworth, and Black Cultural Archives. The programme delivers 14 sessions over 7 months and includes support to identify and apply for board positions.
Black on Board is for everyone; for staff at entry level through to senior management.
We have a track record of supporting 75% of students into governance positions for every programme run over 10 years.
