Yẹmí Aládérun

Yẹmí Aládérun is an architect and construction development manager. She has substantial experience of design management and project delivery in the residential sector and has a special interest in housing, community and social infrastructure projects. Yẹmí is a board member for Olmec, she has also served as an elected council member of the Royal Institute of British Architects’ and is an advocate for educational equality and broadening access to the construction industry. She is an ambassador for The Architects Benevolent Society and a non-executive board member of Women’s Pioneer Housing. In 2020, Yẹmí was selected as one the UK’s next generation of boundary-pushing designers and innovators by the Architect’s Journal in its 40 under 40 award.
