Clementine is an organisational development practitioner; equality, diversity and Inclusion consultant; coach; mentor and writer. Her publications include: ‘Dementia Peer Support: Service Delivery for the People by the People’. Clementine’s career spans NHS senior management; higher education, local authority; the Not for Profit sector and as a Specialist Advisor on race equality for the Care Quality Commission. She has also held positions as a trustee and school governor.

Clementine has an active interest in developing people and is a mentor for the Promise Foundation - a school’s based mentoring programme – in partnership with the Raheem Sterling Foundation.
