Black on Board is a community board training programme for Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) people. It is designed to train and mentor candidates to take up board positions. The programme runs over 14 sessions and includes support to identify and apply for board positions.
The programme is commissioned by different organisations for their staff teams (and residents in the case of our housing association partners).
Our current Black on Board partners are MTVH, LB Lambeth and L&Q. Would you like to talk to Olmec about commissioning a Black on Board programme? Get in touch here.
