Solid Foundations
Solid Foundations is a programme which brings opportunities to individuals who have been unable to gain support, employment and training through mainstream services. It aims to break down the barriers to employment faced by people and channel their talents into sustainable careers.
We specifically work with individuals looking for employment in the following areas:
- Construction
- Engineering
- Social Care
- Finance
- Customer Services
- Administration
Eligibility
To be eligible, all applicants must have permission to work in the UK and must meet at least one of the three criteria:
- Refugee background
- Asylum seeker with permission to work
- Unemployed from an ethnic minority group living in London.
