Solid Foundations offers comprehensive employment to unemployed people, focusing on BME communities living in London.
Our service has successfully placed hundreds of people into permanent paid employment. We have links with many employers in London. In particular strong links have been developed with employers in the construction, engineering and finance sectors.
By integrating our community development activities with Solid Foundations we not only promote employment support service throughout the community, but also carry out inclusive research to identify peoples’ needs and aspirations in terms of the type of work they are seeking, offering appropriate Information Advice & Guidance. We tailor our support to the needs of local residents.
